The design experience always begins with our brand questionnaire. This gives us an opportunity to get to know you, your business, your goals, your ideal client and a whole lot more.
Not only does this questionnaire help us get to understand your business, it also helps you narrow in on the exact clients and offerings you want to provide.
We'll use this brand questionnaire to put together a mood board for your brand.

After you’ve completed your branding questionnaire, we’ll pull together a mood board to make sure we understand your ideal look and feel.
If you've been gathering inspiration images on Pinterest, this is where we'll put them to use (although we also like to find our own images too!)

Once you're happy with the mood board, we’ll start working on logo concepts.
We generally send around three to five ideas for you to choose from.
We'll work through several rounds of refinements on the logo files before we prep final files for web, print and more.

As we move on to the website, we’ll send over an outline of each page to help you gather images and content in an organized manner.
We know content gathering can be one of the toughest parts of putting together a website so we try to break it down into easy-to-digest parts.
We use this time to guide you through the process of pulling together a website.

Once we have your content, we’ll start working through your site page by page.
We'll input your brand elements + content into the pages of your website and send it over for feedback.
Generally, once the homepage is done the rest of the site flows a bit faster, as the homepage determines the general look and feel of your design.

Once your final balance is paid, we’ll move your design to your account for final testing. We’ll make sure that your site is thoroughly tested before your official launch. Once we have your approval, we hit publish and your site is officially live!
While you can always come back to us for updates, we'll send over videos to teach you how to update each section of your site.
